Born and raised in the Chattanooga Area, Ward has been living on Signal Mountain for 52 years. A graduate of Notre Dame High School and CSTC in Surgical Technology, he worked in the medical field at Erlanger for 15 years and then became an Operations Manager opening up laparoscopic services along the eastern portion of the US. Ward became a Realtor in 2005 and loves assisting his clients in what is one of their biggest investments and putting years of experience to work for them. Licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, Ward has won multiple awards and continues to further his knowledge with ongoing education in all Real Estate changes and the local market.

Ward and his wife are the parents of two children, and dogs. As a coach of their son’s little league baseball, football, lacrosse teams, and a proud cheer dad for their daughter’s school and competitive cheer teams, he knows the local sports scene. University of Tennessee sports is now his focus, where both son and daughter attend school. Ward also loves traveling, hanging with friends, and most of all just hanging out with his wife.

Lara is a Signal Mountain native, grew up with four older siblings, and was a four-sport athlete throughout high school. She attended Maryville College where she played soccer, basketball, and softball, and moved on to coach area middle school and high school sports for nearly three decades. As a realtor in Tennessee and Georgia for the past five years, Lara has worked with a wide range of sellers and buyers. She spends a lot of time with Homes for Heroes clients including Nurses, Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Teachers, and Veterans, and considers it a privilege to help those who serve our community,

As the old folk song “Today” says, “you’ll know who I am by the songs that I sing”. It’s the same with Lara Sibold’s professional life - you’ll know who she is by the clients she has. While it’s not necessarily your closest friends who use you as a Realtor, Lara loves meeting people in search of a conscientious realtor and making new friends while helping them along on their real estate journey. When Lara is not working with our wonderful clients, you can find her playing guitar and hanging with her four dogs and 20-month-old “Grand-Bud”, Wade. Always athletic, she also enjoys outdoors in her downtime, seasonally snow skiing, hunting, and fishing.

An area native, Ben grew up in Red Bank, TN where he attended Red Bank High and played football. With 10 years of electrical experience and Bio Energy management, he brings a unique perspective to our firm and is a valuable asset to the clients we serve.

Ben resides in Ooltewah, TN where he attends Silverdale Baptist Church. When he’s not working with our wonderful clients you can find him living the good life with his two dogs, a chocolate lab and a golden retriever, fishing, hunting, and boating on the lake.

Cindy was born in Chattanooga and grew up in Soddy Daisy. She moved to Signal Mountain in 1995, and has been a stay-at-home mom for over 20 years. Mom to Jake, Caleb, Katelin, and Samuel, she joined Sibold Group in 2018 and enjoys working with buyers and sellers.

When she’s not helping her clients navigate the world of real estate, you can find her loving her Golden Retriever named Rhen and enjoying spending time with family and friends watching sports, being outdoors, hiking and fishing. Always up for an adventure, ask her about her travels and her recommendations for the best places to catch live music.
