WARD SIBOLD

Born and raised in the Chattanooga Area, Ward has been living on Signal Mountain for 52 years. A graduate of Notre Dame High School and CSTC in Surgical Technology, he worked in the medical field at Erlanger for 15 years and then became an Operations Manager opening up laparoscopic services along the eastern portion of the US. Ward became a Realtor in 2005 and loves assisting his clients in what is one of their biggest investments and putting years of experience to work for them. Licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia, Ward has won multiple awards and continues to further his knowledge with ongoing education in all Real Estate changes and the local market.

Ward and his wife are the parents of two children, and dogs. As a coach of their son’s little league baseball, football, lacrosse teams, and a proud cheer dad for their daughter’s school and competitive cheer teams, he knows the local sports scene. University of Tennessee sports is now his focus, where both son and daughter attend school. Ward also loves traveling, hanging with friends, and most of all just hanging out with his wife.

Lara is a Signal Mountain native, grew up with four older siblings, and was a four-sport athlete throughout high school. She attended Maryville College where she played soccer, basketball, and softball, and moved on to coach area middle school and high school sports for nearly three decades. As a realtor in Tennessee and Georgia for the past five years, Lara has worked with a wide range of sellers and buyers. She spends a lot of time with Homes for Heroes clients including Nurses, Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Teachers, and Veterans, and considers it a privilege to help those who serve our community,

As the old folk song “Today” says, “you’ll know who I am by the songs that I sing”. It’s the same with Lara Sibold’s professional life – you’ll know who she is by the clients she has. While it’s not necessarily your closest friends who use you as a Realtor, Lara loves meeting people in search of a conscientious realtor and making new friends while helping them along on their real estate journey. When Lara is not working with our wonderful clients, you can find her hanging with her dogs and “Grandbud” Wade, and “Grandbelle” Ellie. Always athletic, she also enjoys outdoors in her downtime, seasonally snow skiing, hunting, and fishing.

Born and raised in Mississippi, Neil is so excited his family was able to fulfill a dream of moving to Signal Mountain in 2021. Neil graduated with a BS from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MS from Arkansas State University. Neil comes from a background of 25 years in education as a teacher, coordinator, and administrator. He brings a strong work ethic and ability to work with complex issues to bear when working with his real estate clients.

When not working, Neil can possibly be found hiking, fly fishing (poorly), or hanging out with his family. Neil and his wife Elizabeth have three kids– Riley, Chandler, and Laura Lane.
